李炀平,博士,讲师。2015年6月博士毕业于四川农业大学作物遗传育种专业,2016年1月至今在四川农业大学生态农业研究所从事专职科研工作。主要从事玉米籽粒发育与品质性状的遗传机理解析及分子育种应用研究。在molecular plant、plant science等植物领域主流期刊上发表多篇论文。现主持四川省科技厅应用基础项目1项。
主要研究领域:
1、玉米籽粒发育的关键调控基因鉴定及调控网络解析。主要利用全基因组关联分析、图位克隆以及候选基因转基因功能验证等一系列遗传学、基因组学和分子生物学手段克隆影响玉米籽粒发育的关键基因并解析其调控网络;开发分子标记,结合分子标记辅助选择及转基因育种技术,选育高产优质的玉米新品种。
2、矿质元素的吸收、转运和互作对玉米籽粒品质的影响及作用机理。分析玉米灌浆期矿质元素向籽粒转运的规律、影响因素及对玉米籽粒主要商品品质的影响,并利用基因组、转录组及代谢组等组学分析手段,结合转基因技术筛选和鉴定影响矿质元素向籽粒转运的关键基因,并揭示其作用机理。
